At its heart, Bantam is offering a unique, fresh, and farm forward lunch menu with an international flavour. We are FeastON certified with a strong commitment to using local and Ontario products to create inspiring meals. With a Farm to Table ethos, we use seasonal ingredients and support our farmers and artisan food producers, both within Prince Edward County and Ontario. We are located on the beautiful Closson Chase Vineyard Estate, featuring their award winning wines for you to pair your meal for the full Prince Edward County Wine Country experience!

Bantam is operated by Guerin Sykes’ partner in crime, Rollande Robertson! Rollande has worked with Guerin for many years and is excited to be part of this restaurant venture.

Bantam’s menu will continue to be a reflection of Guerin’s unique cooking style and often bringing surprise dishes to frequently changing menus. Customer satisfaction will remain our top priority with consistent and friendly service that makes everyone feel at home.
